This image of the monumnet was taken at twilight during our trip to Washington DC. The camera was hand held, so the ISO was set to 3200 and shutter speed at about 1/5 sec, fairly slow. The white balance was also set to tungsten, about 3200K, to pull the sky more blue. This edit contains some extra color proofing and adjustments and was used for the October OCC competition twilight theme.
